Selecting a 7th round prospect In the first round.

Drafting a kicker top 100. Giving up multiple picks to move up for a RB. Drafting a RB top 11 etc etc

Mine is
1. Trading Brock
2. Trading up.
3. Drafting Any of the character concern guys.

Outside of that, everything else can be justified. I am anti OT and anti DE in the 1st round as much as you are anti Jeanty and anti Warren. But all of those picks whether we like it or not can be justified.

I'm surprised you aren't on board to trade up, we have 22 picks in 2 years! Why don't you want to go up?

krizay has been anti-trade up for as long as I've known him in here.

im surprised he's anti OT or DE since those are kinda the positions that are looked at as being graded highly when we're picking at 11

I remember the Trey Sermon pick. I HATED it in real time. Watched some highlights and found a way to justify it in my head

that's the power of JustBombs productions
I've recently watched 2021 games with Dee Ford and Bosa on the field. It suggests the Niners could equal their domination then with the best speed rusher they can get. Although I usually pick M. Williams as the Niners' first pick, I'd rather go with Green or Pearce. Green's "off the field" stuff is apparently just talk that's been repeated. Nobody has disagreed with him that he was never charged or questioned and only accused.

Green could start his career on passing downs. Yetur Gross-Matos could play DE in base. Dee Ford played on passing downs. Green's production speaks louder than floating rumors.

I just don't like the DE's being mock there. None of them. Would love JTT in the 2nd. If they traded up from 43 to get him. Wouldn't love it or hate it. Otherwise I'm waiting til round 3/4 and would probably double up.

As for OT, I don't see any studs and never liked the Idea of drafting an OT to play G. even if for a year. I'd rather just get my guard later and get Mr a tackle in rounds 3-5. I understand CM contract is up after this year but I feel confident in a few middle round guys. I also view TW in same manner you view CMC. All Pro, new extension playing at least 2 more years.

If they went OT, wouldn't love it wouldn't hate it and I understand the justification. I just wouldn't if I were in charge

And how was Mason's receiving, route running and pass pro? He is nothing more than a two down thumper.

You talk about replaceable backs and Mason is exactly that. He is a dime a dozen RB.

You act like Jeanty wouldn't see the field over CMC. Who is soon to be 29 years old, coming off injuries to both his Achilles and a torn knee. I love the guy and he is as dynamic as it gets but his days as a workhorse back are over no matter what we are paying him.

That was yet another mistake re-doing his contract just like it was a mistake extending Trent Williams, Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiuyk. The old saying of getting rid of a player a year too early instead of a year too late doesn't apply to John Lynch apparently and now we are paying the price.

Of course we don't NEED a RB like Jeanty. We don't NEED a RB like CMC either but you have to admit that our offense is on another level with a dual threat, true 3 down back.

Wow good thing we have the best 3rd down RB in the league who's signed here for the next 3 seasons 😱

of course Mason is replaceable. He's a RB….a UDFA RB who avg 93 ypg and top 6 in the league in YPC when he actually got playing time. it's almost like you don't have to give up elite picks to make it work 🤔 We went to a damn SB with Mostert.

you have absolutely no idea what his days are lol. So stop assuming anything and please stop making stuff up with what his injury is.

PCL strain is NOT a torn knee. bilateral Achilles tendonitis Is not an Achilles tear. Both of those injuries did not require surgery. Dude needed to change his recovery plans and workout structure. Thats it. RBs get hurt and play through s**t (hence replaceable). He's never taken the proper recovery therapy needed to last longer in the league (like Derrick Henry does). Sounds like that's changed. Moving off Mason backs up that he's more than fine (and his workout videos).

AJ is the most luxury pick ever and no we don't NEED him to be successful. That's been proven over and over. Why I have to keep explaining this is beyond me.
