Georgia Tech TE Jackson Hawes makes EDGE Shemar Stewart disappear on this rep. So much so that the RT has no one to block. Incredibly impressive considering the day that Stewart had. #SeniorBowl pic.twitter.com/my4TqLKzeo

Jackson Hawes lining up at FB here in the I. A true blocking tight end who gets a good block on the LB pic.twitter.com/W96mStUOmw

If you are a team looking to add depth to your TE room you could do a lot worse than drafting Georgia Tech TE Jackson Hawes. True people-moving inline blocker pic.twitter.com/wG9EunKN9O

If your NFL team needs an in-line blocking Y, Jackson Hawes is your guy.

Our offense is on another level with an elite blocking TE. We really missed Charlie Woerner last year.
He reminds me alot of Tommy Tremble who went 3.83 in 2021. Tremble was a bit better of a receiver but Hawes is a better blocker. Regardless, both guys are old school h-back type guys that can play FB, inline TE or run routes down the seam.
Hawes is exactly what we look for in a TE.

_______________________H-W____________Pass blocking grade_______Run blocking grade__________PFF overall grade
Jalin Conyers..................6'4''- 265 lb...........................75,4 (2nd)............................80,1 (1st).................................75,5 (21st)
Jackson Hawes..............6'5'' - 260 lb...........................74,9 (3rd)............................74,7 (3rd).................................68,0 (60th)
Both have similar size and both excelled blocking. Elijah Arroyo (6'4'' - 245 lb) was also quite good at it. Considering the importance given to it by this FO I would consider them as favs to be followed and picked.
But very few with his size can run routes so smoothly:
Texas Tech TE Jalin Conyers is just cooking dudes at the East-West Shrine Bowl. Ball skills + short area quickness creating problems for defenders. pic.twitter.com/gx0EgnPO4H

there are highlights showing he has some really good hands and making some difficult catches. And he's even able to do this:
TE Jalin Conyers is one of my favorite players in this class…. Tyler Warren ain't the only TE to get direct snaps! Little wildcat here and even threw a TD pass! (HS QB as freshman/sophomore)

Tremendous size/athleticism combo at 6030 263lbs. Legit ball skills. YAC is wild. pic.twitter.com/xTGfaSsdCL

Conyers is a guy I had written down and just started watching. He has me intrigued for sure.

It's kinda funny cuz most draft reports on Conyers shows his blocking being an issue to work on.
