Harold Fannin Jr-TE-Bowling Green

We don't need another receiving TE. If anything we need to get Kittle more targets. How? By drafting an elite blocking TE so Kittle can run more routes.

Jackson Hawes is our guy from Georgia Tech. 6'4, 265.

Our offense struggled without a dominant run blocking TE and lost a dimension when Charlie Woerner left for ATL.

He's a dominant inline blocker who washes DE's out of the play. He lines up in the backfield as a FB too. He'd be a perfect addition in the 4th.

TBH fannin is like a big wr more than a te. He's a mismatch cat that Kyle could use.

as for Kittle you know I agree. But a better actual oline means the right end isn't needed to block as much regardless, which is what I've been hoping for, for many years now.

Yeah I see him more as a jumbo WR than a TE

id compare him to Delanie Walker

Love this kid. He's may be undersized but he's more than willing as a blocker, check out him destroying Abdul Carter. I could see him falling further than he should, and if that happens I'm so in, 4th-5th.

If he was bigger he'd be a 1st rounder, kid is a baller.

I was thinking more darren waller or Isaiah Likely with Fannin.

as far as Kittle goes he had 58 PBLK snaps last yr, it's not like he wasn't out there running routes most of the time on pass plays.

Boy I think he's a pretty bad blocker overall. I also think he's super tight as a route runner. He runs weird.

I'm all for him with one of the 3rd rd comps or on day 3. For me I just accept he's basically a big WR who's gonna run a bunch of seam routes
I was intrigued early on in the process, but the further we get into it, not particularly high on him. For his size, I thought he would actually run faster than he did.

I went to 6 BGSU games last season. The kid dominated as a receiver, and looked fine as a route runner in person. He can definitely be a weapon for kyle.

He's not a bad blocker at all, he's just small. I forgot about the comp picks, they'd be perfect. My projection of 4th-5th was based on the NFL being sizeist, they hate small schools and small players!

I like that defenses would go in knowing that he was the only major threat and he still put up massive numbers. The YAC ability definitely puts him on the 49ers radar.

And he's not a bad blocker, he's just undersized but he's certainly willing to take people on and go all out when it comes to that aspect.

I'm pretty much in lockstep with you this year, and this guy is no exception.
This year I'm hoping for players high level schools (IE Georgia and Michigan) playing pro level competition in practice and games. I don't mind flyers in the later rounds, but I'm afraid of this guy and Green.

I don't like that thinking, but I acknowledge that's it's worked for the Ravens and more recently the Eagles.

This is all I saw when I started watching highlights of him. Immediately didn't want because of it lol.

And still don't want because of it.
