Our offense struggled without a dominant run blocking TE and lost a dimension when Charlie Woerner left for ATL.
He's a dominant inline blocker who washes DE's out of the play. He lines up in the backfield as a FB too. He'd be a perfect addition in the 4th.

as for Kittle you know I agree. But a better actual oline means the right end isn't needed to block as much regardless, which is what I've been hoping for, for many years now.

Boy I think he's a pretty bad blocker overall. I also think he's super tight as a route runner. He runs weird.
I'm all for him with one of the 3rd rd comps or on day 3. For me I just accept he's basically a big WR who's gonna run a bunch of seam routes

I like that defenses would go in knowing that he was the only major threat and he still put up massive numbers. The YAC ability definitely puts him on the 49ers radar.
And he's not a bad blocker, he's just undersized but he's certainly willing to take people on and go all out when it comes to that aspect.
