Right now?....mid 2nd to late 2nd round I'd say. He's not a prototypical 6'5", 250 TE but he can be a valuable weapon for someone. If the 49ers move off Deebo, Fannin could replace some of his versatility. Bowling Green use him all over the place, in the backfield, in the slot, out wide..etc.

He's a small school prospect that dominates in ways you would expect from an upper NFL tier prospect. If you can find footage from his game at Old Dominion, it was some ridiculous stuff.

The TE class overall is nice at the top. Fannin is my favorite but Warren and Loveland are also very good options.


Lachey from Iowa is a nice value prospect that if he can overcome his injury issues might turn out to be a very good NFL TE.

Id guess Warren is first off the board. All three should go in the top 64

One of those guys who should be a niner and will end up going to a rival team. Knowing Kyle, they sign a TE2 that can block, but it would be nice to see them spend the first two picks in the trenches and then trade up for him if he's still around late into the 2nd or early in the 3rd.

I just drafted him in a PFF mock. Dude is slippery as heck in the open field.

TE is another position we badly need to help Kittle and eventually replace him. Fannin looks like a great pick. We need another big target that can get open plus block when needed. He's playing in a bowl game right now

He looks really good as a pass catcher and seems to have good blocking grades but appears to be on the smaller side.

With deebo going to be gone this guy makes a lot more sense. I've seen him being there for our second round Pick too.....
