Big, very physical receiver that has a lot of similarities to another Ole Miss guy in AJ Brown as well as Deebo. Uses his body well to create separation and is a major threat to pick up yards after the catch. Looking like a guy that will go anywhere from the mid 2nd to late 3rd rounds. Kansas State cornerback Julius Brents lines up to press Jonathan Mingo in the one-on-ones, but Mingo's physicality and speed are too much for Brents on this rep. I'm just thinking all these profiles on these just out of reach players lol.

I honestly think our front office is enjoying the potential of this draft. I've said before I hope we use all 11 picks and NO medical redshirts. I think with only 35 guys under contract (I could be mistaken) and we are letting more guys walk than retaining, we should be able to use all 11 if we use them wisely. If the board doesn't fall our way, flip them for a future pick.

Honestly I'm loving this draft class. Not so great in terms of 1st round depth but the middle rounds are stacked and TE and RB are especially loaded.

TE, RB, and CB are like exceptionally deep. iOL pretty decent. I don't like the DL class at all, and the draft is missing top end talent over all. Good safety class this year, tho I think next year's is better. Given our needs and available draft capital this year, things stack up pretty favorably for us

With respect to the original thread, Mingo is pretty good.
