Not liking how he's avoided a lot of camps such as elite 11. Playing for a private school that faces horrible competition. I've seen this s**t before with Lorenzo Booker back in 2002.

Why not Quinn Ewers who's currently the longhorns QB? He's one of the highest-rated quarterback recruits ever. Kid has some pretty crazy arm talent.

Probably because in his last 6 starts he was competing 53% of his passes with 6 TDs and 4 INTs

He started as a freshmen. Kid has a lot of football left before anything. Manning hasn't even played a down of football in the NCAA. I wouldn't call Texas a power house program either right now.

just going out on a limb that MANNING has a lil more cachet than Ewers

No doubt and he's super talent, but if people paid attention to recruiting they'd know who Ewers is. Like I said he's one of the highest-rated quarterback recruits ever…graduated HS in 3 years to enroll at OSU then transferred out to go to Texas and start (where he first committed too and is from). I believe he was the first college athlete to land the NIL deal.

He (Ewers) is, unless it has been revised since I last checked it when he graduated highschool, THE highest rated pro-style QB prospect of all time according to 247 sports with a perfect 1.0000 5 star composite rating..
