This would probably be good as a poll.
But for me it's Trey Lance, I think he falls, it's a big risk to take due to playing 1 year of FCS football.
He has little experience and inconsistent film.
A team needs to be able to sit him for at least a year.
The teams set up to do this are the Falcons, but #4 is too high, the Panthers, who I think are done with Teddy and us.
This is a case of backing the kid, he's worked so hard, he's completely changed his throwing motion in a few months. He ran a version of our offense with responsibilities you don't normally see college QB's having, let alone 19 year old RS Freshman.
Start Jimmy, have a red zone package for Trey, an open competition next year, if Trey wins, trade Jimmy, otherwise do it over again.

Lets say the draft goes this way
If we dont move down I think the selection is between Paye, Farley, Horn, and Jones. Who would you take? I keep changing my mind. I hope for a trade up or down to be honest. 12 isnt the best spot.
- 4 qbs gone
- Slater and Sewell gone
- Pitts gone
- Smith , Waddell, and Chase gone
- Surtain gone

Jones by a mile. Only other player that comes close is Horn (Paye screams avg and Farley screams injury prone - neither are close to bonafide top 10 prospects)
The value of Jones being an avg or better FQB on a 5 year cost controlled contract is far higher than Horn being a top 10 CB - and both are just as likely. Real comparison is Jones + a 2nd (for Jimmy) + Jimmy's salary spent on adding more studs OR Horn.

Whoops, I thought Jones was off the board.

If Mac Jones is there, I think Kyle pulls the trigger.

If Trey Lance is there at 12 or one of the top 3 receivers, could we use that as bait and get a future 1st from a team that's willing to pay a premium to get their guy? Like Washington would be great trade partner for that, as they may well be terrible next year. Is that a realistic trade, 12 for 19 and their first next year? The value chart would say no, but maybe with a QB ibvolved sense might go out the window.
With no pressing needs, Lynch can relax on draft night, see who's available at 12. If there's no one he likes, work the phones to trade back and hopefully get a great deal.
