Packers should move up for him
Keep going back to Kyle wanting to draft a skill player or a player other than RG3 in the 2012 Andrew Luck draft. At that time, Luck was a once-in-a-lifetime prospect and RG3 wasn't too far behind. RG 3 hit the top of the charts in just about every category for a QB. And Kyle did not want to draft him. He wanted a skill player because he liked Cousins later in the draft.

Which team is the first team that has a high probability of drafting Kyle Pitts or Peneui Sewell? It is ATL. He already has Jimmy G AND can definitely get one of these three in the second: Mills, Trask or Mond.

I just don't think Kyle is going to deviate from his ways when he thinks he can also be successful with a QB later in the draft. The dude got WAS to draft a 2nd QB when they used their first round pick for an elite QB talent. We may trade back.

You should bet your car on this theory lol no way they aren't taking a QB.
Poor Pitts. The team that drafts him is going to give him system overload because they will want him in so many different formations.
The Jets should take him at #2, then flip #66 or #86 to us for Garoppolo.

Wasn't Russell Wilson Kyle's and Kyle's dad's preferred QB in that 2012 draft but he was taken a round early so they had to settle for Kirk Cousins?

Supposedly they liked Wilson but that shouldn't be a shock to anyone.

Wilson was a freak case where he was ridiculously downgraded for his height because he had everything else. He was a lot more polished than any QB in this draft too, having played in a pro style offense at Wisconsin as well as having spent several year's in Dana Bible's West Coast Spread Offense hybrid at North Carolina State. Bible had worked as QB coach for Sam Wyche with the Bengals. He worked as OC and QB coach at Stanford under Tyrone Willingham. He was OC with the Eagles under Ray Rhodes and was also OC and QB coach for Boston College while Matt Ryan was there. Bible also went on to work for the 49ers under Kelly and was his QB coach at UCLA until retiring recently. He was very well regarded as a QB coach and while he was never a great playcaller, he has worked with some very good college and NFL quarterbacks.

Needless to say, Wilson received some absolute top notch coaching. There is a connection to Fields though as Ryan Day was Chip's understudy and worked on that same 49ers staff with Dana Bible in 2016.

Friendly reminder that this is still an option available to us. We can even take a QB after!!!

Such a tempting option as well. You give Jimmy some protection and Kittle, Pitts, Deebo, and BA and he'll be looking like Mac Jones at Alabama.
A lot of you guys are sick in the head if y'all still believing and or fantasizing about Pitts at 3rd overall after trading 2 1sts and a 3rd lol
