Sorry, got tired of waiting for Hero to quit messing around with this. Now that the 49ers have got #13, Ruggs is a likely target. He fits all the parameters of what Shanahan looks for in a WR and brings blistering homerun speed to the table. He's like the Bill Gates version of what Shanahan was hoping for from Goodwin. Defenses would have to honor his speed down the field and he's a threat to house it from anywhere on the field. Before the Buckner trade he was just a curiosity, now he's a realistic option. Alabama's Henry Ruggs wins the valuable routes in the NFL, creates separation at the intermediate and deep areas of the field. It's still early. But I'm surprised he hasn't made a bigger impact. Still shouldn't have been the first receiver drafted last year.
