Obviously? Ruggs is definitely not BPA among those three. Thomas could very well be the long-term successor to Staley at LT - and who knows if Staley is here for another two years. Brown being there is not too realistic...there's probably no way he lasts to pick #13.
Yes, obviously. We have two franchise tackles already. Staley already said he's playing out his contract.
We're in win now mode. You don't waste a top #15 pick on a guy who you know for certain is duplicate talent.
Brown, like I said, even Donald/Watt/Buckner couldn't get to the QB in year 1 so you're drafting a run-stopper who you hope will one day learn to get sacks.
That's a waste. And again, it puts DJ Jones, Thomas etc on the bench and gives us another logjam at DT.
If he were an DE you could just move Armstead inside permenantly but he's not.
