Mel has SF drafting him at 32, I can't see him dropping that far down.

Yeah, he really fell off this year from last year's tape.
The potential is there that's for sure. But he took a step back this year

I honestly think he's the player we seen in his 1st two years at LSU, last year he fought through lingering injuries. I'd be ecstatic if he was there but highly doubt he will be.

Maybe he gets into some kind of trouble before the draft and slides back.

Yeah then we definitely won't draft him. Not having another Reuben foster situation

He has the potential. He just needs to be coached up. I'd love him at 32

Safety may be a bigger need depending on what happens in free agency. Jimmie Ward could get scooped up and the Niners will need to get someone to replace him. Delpit's stock is definitely been dropping due to injuries and a perception that his game has slipped compare to his junior year. Since I think the Niners will trade down to the mid 40's in the second round with either Tampa or Denver, the chances he drops THAT far are pretty slim. Niners will maybe have to look at a later round replacement or hope that Xavier McKinney from 'Bama is still available.
