Not super athletic but his route running allows him to create separation and get behind a defense.
I think the 40 is gonna make or break his draft stock. He checks all the other boxes I think.

outside of top end speed he's got Shanny written all over him.One of the best route-runner in this class
His hands are getting better (had drops in the past)
Not afraid to get hit or block.
separates
I've seen him comped to Davante Adams (spot on) he should test similar. Adams was a late 2nd rd pick and I expect Johnson to be around there as well.

Don't forget about Minnesota WR Tyler Johnson just because the 2020 WR class is strong. @GrindingTheTape broke him down in this week's episode of Grind Time and thinks Johnson shows flashes of a former 2nd-round WR. #Gophers | @T_muhneyy10 | @GopherFootball pic.twitter.com/4ym9nkC1tD

Cross-racial player comparison. My mind can't comprehend this

TYLER JOHNSON ARE YOU SERIOUS!!?!?!? pic.twitter.com/O125S1e2u2
What an awesome route by Tyler Johnson. Minnesota dressing up smash right here (7-flat) with the whip by Bateman and the post corner by Johnson off play pass. Johnson clears the LB, 3 steps to the post, whip it back to the corner. Bad ball, don't matter. pic.twitter.com/BdjBAMSHD5

Tyler Johnson with a crazy TD catch with 37 seconds left in the half to give Minnesota (+225 ML) a 24-17 lead.

Minnesota WR Tyler Johnson is having a huge first half in the Outback Bowl. Climbs the ladder here for a terrific snag. pic.twitter.com/AHanNRQ0yw
