The Cards self destruct, take QW #1. Do we go Bosa, or Allen?

Who has the highest ceiling? Bosa or Allen?

Ceiling? I'd probably say Allen because he's more athletic but doesn't have the technique or power of Bosa so assuming he gets there I'd think his ceiling is higher.

But that's a lot of things that have to happen to get there. Which is why I'd much rather get the guy who already has those NFL ready moves and has room to grow on his own.
While I would be happy to get Bosa, I wouldn't consider the Cards taking QW as self destruction. Who in here likes the interior of our O-line verses Williams while also having to deal with Chandler Jones?

I think Cards getting Kylor Murray is worst case scenario for NFC West team's. Nobody trying to deal with that.

Goff has had really bad games against real defenses, he makes no plays if the first read isn't open

Exact same thought LifelongNiner -I do NOT want to face QW. He will be very very good.

Murray is the guy if Rosen gets traded, but who is trading for him? I think Murray is like another Wilson so yeah, he will be very good and a PITA to play twice a year lol

You guys can select injury prone. Not me
Bosa's injury history worries me. I think this class is so deep the "2nd tier" may end up being better pros. No need to force a pick.
Get Allen and play him as a more athletic donta Hightower

That would leave us with an interesting decision.
Personally I'm trading down from #2 if Bosa is gone and selecting Burns or Ferrell.

agreed 100000 percent. I'm highly skeptical of Allen and Burns and Ferrell would be top 5 in any other draft if you ask me.

thinking the same thing.
Bosa and QW seems like the only sure bets in this class. Allen probably has the highest ceiling/ROI, but I also think he has the highest bust potential as well.

I think a player at Michigan has a higher ceiling and bust potential

who could that be
Bust is a strong word. If he contributes 400 snaps a year being top third in lbs is that a bust? Disappointing yes. But bust?
