If we drafted QW, you just ignore Armstead as a member of this team. He's coming around as a nice run defender and he can generate some pressure, but he never lived up to his draft spot with this team. Most likely he's gone after a year anyway.

Solly becomes our big end and we can enjoy having Buck, ST, and QW on the field together.

All this hinges on Lynch signing an edge rusher in FA. If someone becomes available, we have to be aggressive and ensure he signs. Finally, I think we'll have an edge rusher. Lynch and Kyle have made attempts, come up short, and we're drafting #2 as a result. They know how important this is to the defense.

I'm confident that Allen can make an impact next to Thomas and Buckner. Cassius Marsh had 5.5 sacks next to them imagine what Allen can do.

I'd rather imagine interior offensive lines getting flustered they can't double both Q.Williams and Buckner.

I went Allen based on what our current roster looks like. If we were to address the edge in FA though then Williams would be much more tempting.

That would make 4 #1's on the defensive line.

As long as Allen does what I'm hoping for at the Senior Bowl, this is basically my offseason plan lol.

Not sure i get this Quinnen Williams love...

1. He plays on a almost perfect Alabama defense so who knows how good he really is.

2. We just drafted Solomon Thomas who seems pretty similar to Williams.
