It isnt a spoiler because it still is not a sure thing, the card has not been turned in.

During the draft it is people spoiling what the card was before the live show gets there.

#2 for Raiders #4 and #24

We trade #4 and #67 for #3.

We still end up with either Bosa or QW and can get a stud at #24 and again at #36

Dude a week is different than 10 min before they're on the clock (same amount of time as a pick). The reason is that they are calling him and confirming it right now just like most teams do and at that point it's confirmed, not speculation. If it was even this morning or yesterday I understand but literally everyone is tuned into the draft at this point so it is a spoiler.
