If Bosa is gone by the Niners pick, who would you take at that point?

I'd possibly trade down if we end up high up and then pick Sweat.

So, to put yourself in their shoes, how far down would you trade?

Until we get a good sweat going.

If it were me, trade down into the last half of the top 10 if you think Josh Allen is the right fit opposite a good free agent pickup. I would trade down to between 10-15 and get Sweat at that point.

Just so long as you dont go any further and end up drafting Rashaun Woods!
People are forgetting about Quinnen Williams.
Have to see where people are ranked after the college season and what the teams in the top 10 are looking for. Sweat is the 10 to 15 range is a good estimate now based on mocks I've seen and pre combine
If Bosa is gone by the Niners pick, the draft gods will finally be doing us a favor!
