Very Nice. Team up Jared/Bosa with another credible DE (maybe Dee Ford?) like in the 2011 Minnesota season, and you have a guy that nearly broke Strahan's record that year. Our 1984 line had Dwain Board, Michael Carter, Gary Johnson and Fred Dean. We possibly have Fred (Dee Ford) we have Gary Johnson (Buckner), I'm thinking Bosa would take Board's place, and either Solomon, Day, Street, or Julian could take on the Michael Carter role. This defensive line shut down the top ranked offense in the NFL that year.
If I were starting a team from scratch and had to pick Q or Bosa I would probably just end up flipping a coin, and Allen would only be a little bit below that line incase the coin landed on it's side and stayed standing.

As it is I'm on the Bosa train just because I think he's the best talent + fit + need in comparison to Q. Would not be in the least bit disappointed if we picked Q though.

Even Allen you could argue meets the need + fit category better than the other two.

Point is, this isn't 2017 where there was Garrett followed by ????? everywhere you looked. At #2 you can't really go wrong if you're picking one of those three.

Its a damn good breakdown if people can clog up the thread with nonsense I'll do it with good content
Bosa and his short arms are not worthy of the 1st overall pick.
Yes, he looks good on tape, is quick, strong and has a wide variety of moves.
I just think he would be a huge risk at #1.
Number 2 overall seems about right.

Buckner made a great play, he shed blockers because of his long arms and ran over to make a play. Alligator arms Bosa would never get off that block. Bucker ran that in combine, who knows his speed now in year 3-4 ? I'm sure it's better than what he posted at the combine. He's been in the weight room for 3 years getting stronger and faster. He came in at what 290 ? 9ers have him currently at 300lbs

Lol. It went from a conversation about speed and covering a distance to his long arms. Apparently Buckner's long arms reached 10 yards for the tackle.

Right on. Doesn't bother me a bit. Don't mind watching it again....kinda like Jaws. Lol. Guy is the most disruptive player in the draft.

Y'all should go ahead and read the comments by the creator of this video when someone asked about Q. Even he says he'd take Q over Bosa.

Great video tho. Anyone taking shots at Bosa needs to stop. No matter how much I want Q, I'm not going to upset if Bosa is selected. He's going to be a damn good player.

This. I still think Q is the better player. But we need to invest in Bosa.

See! I'm not always BPA context matters with every pick. I still think to this day Hooker should have been the pick even with Adams being an All-Pro.
