Agree. If we can get Landry, I'm calling it a day!

We have to move up into the top five of the second round to have a chance at Landry, Sutton.

I dont understand why people want a potential medical redshirt in the second round. I really think people just have their panties in a twist that their draft crush is still on the board. Sounds like for very good reasons.

No more rookie medical redshirts please. Especially on the first two days of the draft.

I didn't realize Landry had such a serious condition. I would assume he continues his fall possibly into the 4th round.

Ten names for the #49ers to keep in mind during Day 2 of the NFL Draft:
WR Courtland Sutton, SMU
WR Anthony Miller, Memphis
WR James Washington, Oklahoma State
EDGE Harold Landry, Boston College
EDGE Sam Hubbard, Ohio State
EDGE Lorenzo Carter, Georgia
LB Fred Warner, BYU
CB Josh Jackson, Iowa
CB Isaiah Oliver, Colorado
CB Carlton Davis, Auburn

No trading...give me Ogbonnia in 2nd...then James Washington, Fred Warner, and Wyatt Teller respectively in the 3rd

Maybe. And that's if they're worth it. At this time yesterday people said "we have to take Landry at 9 to get him".

These dudes may go in the first two picks of this round. Or they may drop into the 3rd. We have no clue what the inside info is on them.

Agree, Day two is going to be unpredictable, and it's going to be Day two for a long time for us hopefully in the future where we pick our draftees. With Jimmy GQ, and some good coaching and good talent acquisition, I can see this team going 10-6 for a long time. Day two is where ShanaLynch will make their draft home in the future.

But if we can get a *heathy* medically cleared Landry, I can relax knowing that we're going to the playoffs.
Ogbo, Hubbard, Carlton Davis, McFadden, Pettis

I haven't seen any real hard evidence of medical problems for Landry. I remember Dan Marino dropping because of some supposed drug use (or something like that) and that rumor was false. This medical issue could be false.

If there is no medical issue then he slipped for performance reasons. It's one of the two (or both). Either way, it's not ideal.

I don't know - the doctors at the combine red flagged him for both a knee and back condition. I think that's what everyone is going by.

Yet, he killed it at the combine.

So did LVE but if his spine is f**ked...

We need to get away from the injury bug.

I'd love OBO, but would sure like to try on Landry first. I think he goes in the first five minutes, tho,. OBO , to get him, I think we gotta move up. Hard to imagine him there at #59. There was an awful lot of talent in this draft and virtually the first half of today is all going to be likely starters. Man would i love to take two early to mid rd 2 picks, but just don't see it.

I do see us moving up from #59, however.

NFL network just had him as top 1-2 remaining players did not mention any medical concerns ( I know doesn't mean anything ).
All they said was there is concern if he could withstand the pounding of the run game ( could be because of medical issues )
So who knows

Never liked LVE and I'm not mad at the Cowboy fans for leaving the draft early
