He's the only WR we need in this draft and you could possibly get him in the 4th rd. This guy is perfect for our team and will be a #1 probably as early as his 2nd season, certainly by year 3. As a rookie his speed will be another vertical threat and his leaping ability will provide a red zone target from day 1.

I've been keeping track of him on twitter. He's picking up major steam, I really doubt he lasts until the 4th round. I honestly think he'll go late 2nd, early 3rd. He's shown it on the field, shown it at his pro day, and he's got this personality that is infectious. He's a magnet, and I think he'll rise pretty quickly. Too bad for us, he's got the size and speed to be like a Roddy white pre-injury type guy for us...

Well I would spend a 2nd or 3rd round pick on him if there is a sense that he won't last until the 4th. If Shanahan believes this guy can be the special player at a play making spot this team needs, then he will not hesitate in taking Fountain earlier then some projected before the draft. Kyle doesn't care where he takes a guy, if like you he likes you.

Man apparently everyone is a top 64 pick in this draft

. He's a day 3 prospect IMO. Great measurables, love his attitude, but needs to work on route-running an such. White was a great route-runner with sure hands. Fountain isn't on the same page as him right now.

Fountain is probably a 4th-5th in most boards right now. There are just too many other guys teams will look at first. I would love to have him on the niners tho. He has the tools
