This is so infuriating and teams will continue to miss on OTs. The best OT is Mike McGlinchey. It's not a question. Miller is highly athletic and might have more "upside" but he constantly false steps in his pass set. That's a bad flaw and hard to correct without proper training https://t.co/cJi65P6iLb

Kolton Miller has Tom Cable written all over him.
"Skill? f**k skill, give me a super athletic big guy, I'll teach him to football!"
And we all saw how well that worked in Seattle.
McGlinchey to me is easily the best tackle in this draft. He is going to be limited to right tackle but has a well developed skillset and great fundamentals. He can start at right tackle from Day 1 and hold his own. I still wouldn't take him or any other tackle in this draft before 15.
