Bosa beat Allen in everything except for 40 time and broad jump.

And field drills that included catching the football

These drills make me laugh. Just draft football players. I don't care how fast they run around some cones.

I agree. But some people made money today clearing up perceptions that they were slow like chase and harry.

yet people say allen has more potential because he is superior athletically

That was the argument so it's not a good look he tested worse than Bosa. Bosa has better technique, feel for the game, run defense and power. Not sure how you can even argue Allen is better at this point. Allen also will thrive in a 3-4 so for his sake I hope the team that drafts him runs that scheme. Hes one of the better coverage ER I've ever seen.

He had a pretty good combine I thought.
He tested well and he was a legit 6ft5 260lbs guy.
Tested fine. Just a freak DL/ER class. Really can't recall seeing those positions this deep in one draft.

Yeah he is better fit as a 3-4 olb imo we would waste his abilities in a 4-3. If we ran Fangios defense I would be clamoring for him but Bosa is a no brainer. I have no clue how people convinced themselves otherwise.

True, last one I can think of is Watt & Aldon Smith's class.

Well not everything,...because Allen skipped some things.

It's really a coin flip if you're not concerned with health.

Simply untrue if he can cause havoc getting to the passer in both.

The players make the schemes....the schemes dont make the players.
