Carolina offers both 2nd round picks to go from #8 to #2. Then we're sitting at #8 and Washington decides they really want Trubisky and realize that Cousins is bouncing after the season and all they'll get is a 3rd round comp pick for him. They're hear that Cleveland is also trying to trade up for him, so they give us Cousins and #17 for #8 and our 3rd round pick.
At #17 we take Derek Barnett who slid down or Christian McCaffrey.
