Thank you both of you guys, I have to learn to understand some college ball if I want to be a better 9ers fan. I just focus on who is on the team and who we might draft one it is really close. I personal think the number 2 over all is a little to high in the draft I see us at the 5th to 10th spot.

I think he will be the coach for at least 3 more season..have to give him a chance to build it since it was so torn down when he arrived..

Have to. Ownership already looks too fickle w/3 HCs in 3 years. They MUST retain a coach for several years to become a better destination for highly-regarded coaches. Accepting a coaching job is a huge life decision. Coaches hate instability.

Foster is ranked 19th on CBS and Matt Miller had him going 26th overall in a recent draft. His draft stock could slide, but it's not realistic making mocks where players you want slide 2 rounds.

McCaffrey would make a lot of sense as a change of pace back and returner and may slide to the late first or second in a very strong RB draft. Watson will probably go first overall, but I'd be thrilled if we get him.

Every time I click on the links they don't Goto the rankings but I believe u..I really thought Foster was down the board more..after Beckwith and McMillan..ill change it..ill put Beckwith instead..as for mccaffery him sliding to our 2nd is very realistic..a lot of great rbs coming out..

And even if the Rams get the pick I'm forgetting the Titans have it..I don't think they trade it with Garrett available..their 2 OLBs are Morgan and an aging Orakpo..id bet they stay out and take Garrett

1. Eric Reid isn't worth 8.5 million a year, if you look at the ranking sites he rated like the 35th best safety. We could draft a safety or keep Bethea at 5 million and start Tartt. We would find better value in free agency. Plus unless he steps up big time we already have he under contract for 5 mill in 2017.
2. If we got the number 2 pick which I think we will be drafting later. We won 5 games and ended up picking 7th we would have to be at 2 or 3 wins to be picking that high. I assume the Browns would be picking 1st in your draft. They would either take Watson 1st or leverage the pick for a bundle of picks that Baalke would not give up. Also we should have 2 picks in round 5.
