2017 draft strategy!

1. We don't need to draft any cbs! 2. We will not be the worst team in the league! The Browns will be! So we will not have a shot at Watson and as of right now I don't see any qbs that will have a high first round grade. 3. If we get a top 5 pick and Myles Garrett OLB is there we take him he's the best player in the draft! He could be as good as Von Miller! 4. If Fournette is there when we pick we take him. Hyde can't stay healthy and when a franchise rb comes along you take him. 5. Outside of the top 5 we jump on our teams 2nd biggest need WR. Juju Smith-Shuster. We need some players drafted before round 4. Baalke is not great at drafting wrs. Baalke is not great at drafting any offensive positions. Let Kelly decide which wrs he likes and which 2nd or 3rd round qb he wants. I wouldn't be against taking a wr in round 1 then another in round 2 or 3. 6. We need a good rb that can start the whole season if we need them. Nick Chubb or mccaffery in round 2 would be nice. 7. No Dlinemen unless we find another Blair late in the draft. 8. If we trade down in round 1 a Nate McMillan or Rueben Foster for ILB or maybe a Jarrad Davis. Draft priorities 1. Wr because Watson will be gone! Juju a pac12 player right up Chips alley. 2. QB Gunner Kiel or Chad Kelly in round 2. 3. ILB Nate McMillan or Rueben Foster late 1st or round 2. 4. RB Mcafferry or Chubb in round 2 5. 2nd Wr 6.'FS Betheas cap number is huge next season and Reid is free agent after the 2017 season.

Priorities number 1, 2 and 3 should be get a franchise QB than we should try to get an impact player on the defense or a true X wr.

Gotta have them available first. Prioritizing when they aren't makes you give up a ton of picks for your #3 QB.

I know but if there is a QB valuable enough for the pick he should be a no-brainer.

3- Let the 2016 NCAAF season play out

4- Get past the combine and the first few days of FA before beginning to shape an actual draft strategy.

5- Play the draft board as it falls on draft day.

6- Laugh at the Browns draft.

I'm ok with this.Only thing i would do differently is trade back in to the 2nd round to ensure we get our LS.

I like how front office seems to have quickly built up both lines. Now, for the skill guys #somebodyhelptrent. I would trust Steve Young, for some reason.

Even though the draft is far off and has not happened we can already commence #6 because Browns gonna Browns.
