I think Dak Prescott has more upside...he improved his passing a ton in 2015, has great size/athleticism and can make all the throws. He looked great in the Senior Bowl.

by far he'd be a better pick! I wouldn't be surprised if after the combine he moves up to a 3rd round pick....He's my 2nd tier QB I'd like SF too take.
