Mid round runnings backs

Leonard Fournette, Dalvin Cook, Nick Chubb, Jalen Hurd, Samaje Perine, Royce Freeman, Christian McCaffrey, Nick Wilson, Elijah Hood, Marlon Mack will all be draft eligible Jr RBs. The Seniors could be, if they don't declare this year, Shock Linwood, Corey Clement, James Conner, Kareem Hunt, Paul Perkins, Donnel Pumphery, Jahad Thomas, Alex Collins. That's a stacked class.

But if I were to target anyone in this year's draft though, I'd go for Kenneth Dixon from LA Tech or Jonathan Williams of Arkansas.

I like the cut of your Gib, brudda.

Coming off a torn ACL and was just diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. He won't be in this year's draft. But I hope he beats it and comes back strong cause he's heck of a RB.

Booker! Hardest runner in the draft.

I have a gem, i saw him play 2x the past 2 years and I thought he was pretty impressive.. i would personally use a 5th rounder to draft this kid..

DeVon Johnson; RB - Marshall

You talk about Carlos always getting hurt, than say we should get Johnson who was hurt most of this year with shoulder, knee, and back injuries and only played in 6 games this season (3 full games and was hurt in 3 others).

we're talking about late picks.. a Diamond in the Rough.. if you had watch him played, you will be amaze that this kid can play if he can stay healthy.. plus, his injury isn't like Lattimore's.

all I'm saying is that we can not rely on Carlos to stay healthy the whole year, we need someone to give him a breather, or take over the game when Carlos is resting duroing 3rd Qtr.

I agree we will draft a RB we do every year...I like Hillman in FA too.

Do we know if C.J. Prosise is coming out?

Never even brought up Lattimore at all. I was talking about the health of Carlos and Devon Johnson.

You said Carlos always got hurt at OSU. And Johnson is worse in college. He was able to only play 3 full games this year do to numerous different injuries, on top of a couple games last year he had to leave during because of injury. And that's all while only playing significant time in 2 seasons. He runs hard, but gets hurt often. Not very dependable in my opinion.
Late round pick is fine. Seattle got Thomas Rawls in the 6th round last year. I agree that Carlos Hyde is always going to be an injury waiting to happen but you can find good running backs late in the draft so there's no need to rush.

No they didn't. He was an Undrafted Free Agent.

Rawls also wasn't drafted because of red flags. Namely, stealing a purse of a 62 year old woman at a casino and using the credit cards on food and gas.

I saw a lot of decent names here. Is anyone aware of the bowl games some of these backs will play in?

Dixon played last night in his bowl. Had 102 yards rushing with 2 TDs and 113 yards receiving and another 2 TDs.

Now has the record for most total TDs in a career with 87 (72 rushing/15 receiving) though Keenan Reynolds has a chance to get the record back on Dec.28th.

Undrafted even lower. You'll always be able to find guys like Rawls though. Backup running back is the easiest position to fill unless your name is Trent Baalke.
