Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson - Legit alternative to Jared Goff in 2017?

Before you throw the midge in my face I'm pretty sure he is half a black guy,. Like Kraep.. Look at Yyrod Taylor look at Scam Newton. The don't win. The Panthers D got them to the SB last year. Watson is Tyrod Taylor.. Would you draft him (Taylor) in the Top 5? Hell no.. It was cool little ploy by American TV but black guys need to run and catch and tackle.. That's it

Using 'stigmata' in place of 'stigma' was only the least dumb part of that entire screed.

There is to much truth for all you participation trophy generation. Take out the ingnorance of my post and look at the facts. I'm not a racist man in the world. I help little old African American lady's carry groceries to their cars if I fell the have a lot to carry for example. I'm talking football and I'm spewing facts.. If you can't take it and fell the need to call me the KKK then that's your ignorance. I'm talking football..
Ban me for what?? Tell me what I said that is ban worthy?
Go dust off your participation trophy...

I literally linked a video from last night that demonstrates him going to secondary reads, manipulating coverage, climbing the pocket, and diagnosing blitzes. If you are only going to grade him on the few mistakes while being unwilling to praise his good plays, then just stop coming in the thread.

Btw, three of his INTs this year were on the receiver, but don't let that get in the way of your skewed narrative.

Post and twist his play anyway you want to, for every one to three videos you post of him doing this or that, there's a ton of video out there that says otherwise. But of course disregard that right and we should just base his play off of what you see.

But yah let's continue to knock an Air Raid QB who does far more in the pocket with twice as less turnovers. I'd take Jared Goff, Luke Falk, Mitch Trubisky, Carson Wentz and Dak Presscott any day of the week and twice on Sundays over Watson. Shoot Jacoby Brissett showed just as much potential at the next level to Watson.

I just don't buy this hype that Watson is the next best thing to Andrew Luck.
I'll GTF lost when you give me examples... AGAIN, im not talk about anything but between the lines of the football field.
I'm no QB guru and I dont watch alot college football but I did watch his game last nite and outside of tha first drive and tha game winning drive I didnt see anything special about him

Doug Williams and Wilson won. McNabb and McNair took their teams to superbowls.

Then you can't ignore Moon and Cunningham.
To the poster who is doggie Siri changing my words around. Go get your football digest and prove me wrong. Don't throw Martin Luther the Kings speech in my face since that aspect of Americas societal retArdness out of these replies. Like I said every post I'm a man of the people for the people. But I have the right to want the best for my football team.
Moon and Cunningham were good QBs. None threw a prettier ball than Warren. Cunningham changed the NFL by introducing a true running QB. PS,. They didn't win s**t. Williams I told you had Timmy Smith who broke and held the SB rushing record. He won. Mc Nair didn't do s**t.
Stop reaching Sucka.. And if you want to give the Midge not being half white. He still only got there because of that D.. Keep trying boy.
Young man did fine last night. When it mattered most he was clutch. He's far from perfect this year given what he did the previous year. I hope he and Kizer lights it up the rest of the year. Although I like both, I would rather take Garrett and Falk later or trade down a bit and take Trubisky. Hopefully some teams are willing to trade up.
Sooo what do you all make of Watson's performance last night? Is it that the expectations are so high thats its diminishing his performance or does he really have some flaws that can be trouble in the NFL i.e. locking on to first read?
