I think he's a hell of a ball player, but I also see a bit of Chris Long in him. He's a very good athlete, but not a freak, imo. He's relentless, but he's not Justin Smith strong, so a good enough OT should anchor well enough against him. Not sure. I'm hearing comparisons to JJ Watt and Justin Smith, and I'm not sure I see it.
Jared Allen is the comparison that I think most makes sense. Bosa should put up some nice sack numbers in the NFL. His absolute nonstop motor is going to catch tackles napping and they will get beat.
If he is going to be 3-4 DE I think he could turn out to be something near to Justin Smith. He already proved he can take multiple blockers(see the gif of he taking 3 OL) and he only needs to get a few more pounds IMO. However if he is going to be a 3-4 OLB I think he has some similarities with Aldon Smith but with no red flags.
IMO a guy that looks a lot like JJ Watt is Myles Garrett from Texas A&M.
Garrett doesn't look like Watt to me, just different players. Regardless, he's phenomenal. If he were in this draft, he'd be getting #1 overall buzz. He's the best DE I've seen in a long time. His explosion and athleticism is off the charts.
Garrett looked like a 1st round pick as a freshman. He's got All Pro talent and will be a disruptive player the moment he steps on the field as a pro.
