His ceiling appears to be a average-good game manager at the next level. Any team taking this guy in the 1st round or even the early 2nd will regret it.

He's a senior QB that wasnt named a team captain. Tells you all you need to know about how his teammates view him.

Michigan St has a terrible offensive scheme. Slow developing plays, and it seems like every other passing play is a back shoulder throw. Smh

Horrible???
9.2 YPA with no picks against a defense with 3 straight shutouts? That's your definition of horrible?

He's Kirk Cousins 2.0. Goff is a more athletic Ryan Mallett.

I can see how you think Cook might be Kirk Cousins, but Goff & Ryan Mallett? I'm struggling to come up with a worse comparison.

None of the current crop of college QB's appear to be worthy of a top 20 pick in the upcoming draft...

The thing I love most about Connor Cook is that his movements are very quick and fluid. Paxton Lynch looks like an interesting prospect, but he does look a little herky-jerky.
Here's a good example. I've literally never seen Kaepernick do this. Cook INSTANTLY sees his first option covered & quickly sees his 2nd option open on the other side of the field against the Ducks:

EDIT:
Also, I don't think Kaepernick optically coordinated enough to look at this many different things in one play:

...As a side note, apparently the ghost of Kyle Williams is still haunting Jim Harbaugh.

One thing I like about Cook is it seems like he doesn't get rattled. Goff on the other hand looked like a deer in headlights....guy kept throwing pick after pick. I'll pass on Goff.
