DeAndrew White on the other hand is making some noise. Can't wait to see him in pre-season.

I'm really hoping he makes the team and does good in the Preseason, I'm pretty excited.

It's possible that Davis was waived/injured, and reverted to IR, as he is still showing up in the NFLPA database as under contract to the 49ers, while the 3 other new 49ers are in the database.

Or they haven't deleted him from the 49ers yet, which is completely possible as that website is so screwy.

I do like White and I really hope they find a way to keep him, and Dres Anderson.

Quick note, I never saw Davis as a serious possibility, as he only got A $3K bonus, while White, Anderson, and Blakeney got significantly more in guaranteed money.

Yup, I also saw that interview with Mike Davis. He was amazed White didn't get drafted, because he's been tearing it up in OTAs. Granted it's really early, they haven't even put on pads yet, but I think he's got a very good shot at grabbing the last WR spot. He's talented, can play inside and out, and has return ability. That versatility will really help his odds to make the team.

I always thought he would be a fine backup for Kap.. but im pretty sure NFL teams are smarter than I am about this so

It's only crazy if you leave out WHY he wasn't drafted, which is because he's a major injury risk.
