Our new D Coordinator, Mangenius, is a DB guy. Baalke gets him a playmaker at the position...a position of need imo

Cameron Erving. The latest Boone mess forces Baalke to grab a safe choice that will allow him to dump Boone.

I would prefer Scherff but no way he drops to 15.

I haven't made my pick but I might just do that. I just watched some videos of him blocking like 3-4 guys on one play. Not at the same time but just in pass protection knocking fools out of the lanes.

Erving v. Kilgore v. MArtin for Center with the consolation prize playing guard and third place backs up both.

The interior must be solid in order to run the ball and protect the QB. Look what Dallas has done with Fredericks and Martin. For the first time in his career Romo had time and Murray had a killer season. Do it.

Not a need, but if Gurley is still there at 15 I would say f**k it and take him. No risk, no reward. Plus he tore his ACL, which Baalke loves.

In all seriousness, it could very easily end up being a bigger steal than Adrian Peterson at #7. All signs point toward him being ready for the season. We're still going to run the football primarily, and a Gurley/Hyde tandem would be bonkers.

My vote is for Kevin Johnson. Baalke does a Baalke move and chooses a good player that Zoners can complain about us taking too high or they can complain about how we should have traded down. If not, Johnson then a player that fits this same description.

Byron Jones on trade down but will be somewhat shock if he is the pick at 15 in light of Jimmy Ward pick last year
