Aldon was a reach. He missed 2 seasons with head case issues. He is always suspended or in rehab or crashing into trees or shooting guns in the air. That is not good.

If you miss 2 years because you are an idiot that is a reach. Look at his production last year. Total garage.
44 sacks in 50 games played. Stop trolling.
But the thread is about Armstead, he wasn't even the 2nd best DL in his own conference. Stanford's Henry Anderson was better. He not only has a higher motor, he was faster in the 40 at the combine, top performer 3 cone drill & 20 yard shuttle; a whole lot better college stats last season; and the icing on the cake is that Pro Football Focus has him leading all 3-4 defensive ends in terms of Pass Rushing Productivity and was second in Run Stop Percentage last year.
I was typing on my phone when I first posted that. What I meant to say was if I had to redo the draft again, NO WAY I would draft Aldon Smith at #7, I would MAYBE take him at #15. He played strong his first year, along win his second year. Since then the guy is a ?????
