Highly unlikely but interesting offseason mock 12/2

Cuts:
Brooks - save salary and who doesn't wanna see more lynch.
VD - save salary and isn't the player he used to be
Dahl - not a suitable back up
J. Martin - need roster space so it will happen in pre season
Gabbert - he can go wherever roman goes since he liked him
Moody
Ramsey-PS

Walk :
Crabtree
Iupati - unless he takes a team friendly deal once he hits free agency and no team wants a run blocking guard in a passing league
Gore :(
Cook
Cox - will be too expensive
Lloyd
Celek
Skuta
Osgood
Ventrone

Resign/Extend:
Culliver
Wilhoite
TJE
Boone - unless Iupati comes back for cheap then let Boone walk the following season.
Aldon Smith - pay the man

Restructure:
Kaepernick
R. McDonald - if he refuses then he is a cap casualty

Coaching changes:
I think it's all but decided that Harbaugh is gone and I for one think its a bloody horrible move. I don't like Roman but I love Harbaugh. If Harbaugh goes and Roman goes then Fangio will probably go aswell :(. So a new coaching staff will be needed which could be exciting. And please baalke please get a new receiver coach. With that said here are the highly unlikely but would be kinda crazy to see coaching staff:

Head Coach - Adam Gase - Offensive minded coach
Offensive Coordinator - Marc Trestman - will be fired because the Chicago owner and GM will blame him and not Jay Cutler. Another QB guru who hopefully can develop kap
Defensive Coordinator - Rex Ryan - come on it would be kinda awesome. Fangio is the best defensive coordinator in the league but Rex Ryan would be great.

Free Agency:
Veteran kicker - If Dawson retires
Veteran QB
Veteran O-Lineman

Trade :
Jim Harbaugh to the Raiders for a 2nd and 4th

Draft :
1st - Dorial Beckham-Green WR 6'6" 225
2nd - Ronald Darby CB 5'11" - Rex Ryan will want a corner
2nd - Duke Johnson RB 5'9" 194 - I'm not drinking the Gurley kool aid we need a back up who's healthy behind Hyde and Hunter hasn't been healthy the past 2 seasons. And this guy is a baller.
3. Arik Armstead DE 6'7" 296 - the future of Tank, Dial, and this kid would look great. Could be gone by the third round but I can only hope.
4. Leonard Floyd OLB 6'4" 230 - Replaces Skuta and Brooks
4. Clive Warford TE 6'4" 259
5. Tre Jackson OG 6'4" 339
6. Daryl Williams OT 6'5" 321
7. Corey Moore FS 6'2" 214 - Eventual backup to Ward when he takes over the FS position when Reid takes the SS reigns from Bethea

UDFA :
Dres Anderson WR 6'2" 190
Brandon Bridge QB 6'5" 235
Dee Hart 5'9" 187
Scooby Wright

I like some of the moves (good-BYE VD, Potty, and Dahl, hell-OOOOOOOOOOOO DGB (if he's uncrazied himself), but I don't agree with several. I don't think Cox will be very expensive (one year of production). I don't understand cutting Martin, then signing a veteran backup at tackle. I don't understand keeping 10 OL and 3 safeties.
Trestman and Rex well it would make for good TV I guess....

If Gase is the next HC he will want to bring in his own crew not sure if he is connected to those two at all, but I get it your have fun with it.

DBG is high on talent but a train wreck, not sure if he goes in the draft this year and I doubt he would be a 1st RD pick....love the upside though.
Offensive line is the most commonly injured unit in football I would be okay having another Safety and not signing a veteran O-Lineman. But the way I see it is Reid backs up Bethea and Ward backs up Reid. I just don't want to see Ward playing nickle back anymore.
If DGB comes out for the draft this year and runs anywhere close to a 4.4 speed then he will be a 1st rounder. With the NFLs new drug policy it's less of a risk taking a kid who smokes pot just don't do it like Gordon.

I believe he got kicked out Mizzo for drugs and kicking in a door and throwing a women down the stairs...the victim didn't corporate with the police so he didn't get charged. Not saying he did anything but I doubt that he get's a 1st RD grade for that and not even playing this year.
Carlos Hyde had alleged assault on a woman still had a 1st round grade...
Rex is not coming. He will make bank as an anylst. $$$$ + private dressing room=lots of sexy feet.

If Gruden can get two first and two second round picks then Harbaugh better go for at least a first with his record or no deal.
And I'd hope we try to keep Fangio. Rex would be interesting though and nobody can deny him being a great defensive coach
