This x1000 we traded up for this fool .....

Gave up A TON to get him at #10. TEN!!!!!!! He was a better player than AJJJJJJJ, but a worse pick, by far.

OMG to all the above.., Terry Donahue and Company wanted to prove a point to Bill Walsh as to "who da hell really runs this team", by saying FU to Bill (said get Jake Plummer), and took Drunkenmiller, who lived up to his name.

Worst 1st round pick by 49ers ever? This one is EAZY!!!! Its Reggie McGrew. The Dude did absolutely nothing in 3 years with the 49ers. Atleast the 49ers got Baldwin for AJJ and atleast Druckenmiller started and WON his only career start for the 49ers. Oh and Balmer is a Close 2nd to McGrew. Atleast Rashaun Woods caught a TD pass in 2004.

Mc Grew, Balmer, Ted Washington...(albeit, Washington did Buffalo rite)..What's so bad, is these guys were predicted to be bust type guys and red flags, laziness, and average play was evident, but we still forged ahead in our arrogance.

I'll NEVER forget those days!! 49ers were an AGING but good team whom if they had just Decent drafts in 95'96'97', they ould have continued their Dominance But since they BOMBED all their drafts from 95-99 (Minus T.O.) the Dynasty crumbled once Young & Rice Got Old and Bryant Young was all by himself with a WASHED up Ken Norton. Had the 49ers took Jake Plummer instead of Druckenmiller and took Flozell Adams LT instead of RW McCRAP, they could have given Green Bay and the Falcons/Rams a Hard time in 98-99.

Keith DeLong ILB - huge expectations and played only blah, was always injured.
Todd Kelly OLB - supposed to be the next Charles Haley -- yikes!
Dexter Carter RB - a 'luxury' pick that no one understood at the time, and still no one understands...
RW McQuarters CB - Did nothing for the 9ers, went on to have a decent career elsewhere...
