We may have to. I mean the real draft doesn't take this long. I make sure to check in every 2-3 hours to check the progress. I guess my life isn't as exciting as a lot of people on here.

I am for giving people divisions. I was really late on my last pick and wouldn't assume that I should be given a division, but I can consult on my current teams. This can be an option for a lot of people so they are not kicked off but alleviate them of the burden to make the pick in a timely fashion. What I could do is give my suggestions through a PM to the designee of the divisions for the Browns and Chargers. If people agree to something like this than everyone is still voluntarily involved. It would be like a GM and a scout working together but one voice on the board. Just a thought.
