Damn that's too bad, hes got some talent. I remember watching a LSU game saying that hes better than Dwayne Bowe. Oh well.
nice redzone-threat...however, i want deandre brown. or a guy called demario ballard, western oregon.
outside vd we lack a redzone target donk know to many in this draft
In my opinion,
Armon Binns is the best UDFA wide receiver available. He was considered not only a heck of a deep threat at Cincinnati, but he was a
tremendous red zone threat. I still can't figure out why he went undrafted despite being a more physically imposing player than Mardy Gilyard and drawing more attention from opposing defenses than Gilyard did.
I don't know if he interviewed poorly or what, but he looked good at the combine.
Binns checks in at 6-3 210 and had about 2000 yards and 21 TDs combined over the past two seasons. (In 2009 -- 888 yards with 11 TD, In 2010 -- 1101 yards with 10 TDs). He clocked a 4.50 flat at the combine -- same as Jon Baldwin.
If we should go after anyone, I'd say Binns. Easily the most productive receiver from a noteworthy school. If we want hugely productive small-schoolers though, you've got Andre Holmes out there still.
