Cleveland Browns select FS Quinton Carter, Oklahoma to team with SS T.J. Ward to bolster their secondary. Defense looks much improved with the additions of Bowers and Carter. Elam filled in admirably last year as a starter but now he's back to where he should be, backup and special teams ace.

The Niners have to come out of this draft with a QB and Stanzi was the last viable prospect left in my opinion. Ponder should have been the pick in rd 2

Ponder/Stanzi = same difference, imo. Seems like a couple weeks ago everyone on here was riding Stanzi's jock. Now it's Ponder's turn.

So tell me.. how would you feel if the Niners came out of this draft with no QB. Gabbert, Mallett, Newton, Locker, Dalton, Ponder, and Kapernick were all gone by the Niners 3rd pick. I believe they HAVE to draft a QB in one of the top 3 rds to get one of these guys. Stanzi was easily the choice here based on who was already picked. Taking a RB in rd 2 was really dumb. Not sure who made that pick but that was one I totally disagreed with.
