I saw the Alabama game, and I still don't see what's so great about him. His strength is obviously his running game.

You sure you watched the Alabama game?

Wrong

I was kidding... partially.

He could be a good NFL QB, but he looks extremely raw and uncomfortable in the pocket. He looks like a project for a team and honestly, I don't see why he's widely projected to be taken in the 1st round. If I were drafting, I'd be very weary of spending an early draft pick on him.

He makes sense for a team like Miami, but still, I don't like his game that much. I think he'll be over-drafted. A lot can/will change between now and April, but most drafts have him in the Top-20. I disagree with that. Time will tell.
Great college player. Nothing in pros.

Yes. Now what?
I think he can be a better version of Vince Young without the ON-FIELD character issues. Young's #'s have not been great, but he has a very solid W-L record in the NFL as starter.

ridiculous

ignorant

that's how I'd describe these posts

No way the dude is a 1st round pick ready to help any team right away, which is what OUR TEAM needs

But he sure has enough talent to be drafted in the 3rd-5th and be DEVELOPED
The next Troy Smith.

Well guys like Jimmy Clausen were projected to go top 5 and end up in the next few rounds, and I think the same for Cam Newton.

But I agree with your assessment. He reminds me of a blend of Vince Young and Alex Smith for some odd reason.

Yeah, ok. I saw him play, and wasn't impressed. I don't know what more you want, but whatever helps you sleep at night if you can't cope with reading any criticism towards your boy.

I'm finally sold after he dominated Bama in the second half.

He's going to take a dump on Oregon's defense for the national title.
