I'd prefer Shanahan. He's great at fielding productive offenses. With our defense, that would make us a contendor.
Those other guys are nothing special. They're not worse overhauling the team over. Gruden might be the most overrated coach in recent years, IMO. He's kryptonite for young QBs.
