OTC's 2026 Mock Premiere

1. Chris Johnson-CB-San Diego St, 6-0 195 4.45
Love his competitive fire. Sticky man coverage guy, physical tackler, checks a lot of boxes. Renardo Green needs major competition and we're razor thin on CB depth. Can see him being considered a late 1-2 guy and we could be interested.

2. Germie Bernard, 6-1 205 4.52
A similar receiver I've seen in this class to Aiyuk. Polished routes, good play speed, and a great frame for the position. Honestly surprised he isn't rated higher, but I think he's a guy Kyle would really like.

3. Bud Clark-S-TCU, 6-2 190 4.48
Captain. Ballhawk. 15 career interceptions including a pick 6 this year. Let's not overthink this.

4. Derrick Moore-DE-Michigan, 6-3 265 4.65
Might not make it this far, but we've got to do something about our pass rush rotation. We have a great team when healthy, but we're never equipped to lose a star. We need to stack difference-making talent on the front 7.

4.Jacob Rodriguez-LB-Texas Tech, 6-1 235 4.70
49ers need more guys who create turnovers. J-Rod was a monster in that aspect, with 7 force fumbles and 4 interceptions on the year. Dude fits the 49ers mold being a team captain and respected leader. I would not be surprised to see us tab him as a Gold Helmet prospect.

4. Jordan Van Den Berg-DT-Georgia Tech, 6-3 310 4.78
Quick off the line, powerful, kind of reminds me Justin Smith. I like the kid and think he'd fit well here.

5. Ted Hurst-WR-Georgia State, 6-2 194 4.40
Exellent receiver from a small school and stuck on a bad team. Reminds me of George Pickens. Very good on in-breaking routes, high effort guy, with breakaway speed. Decent enough blocking, and IMO very under the radar.

Didn't our oline get their butts handed to them in the playoffs? Is that a free agent fix?

I expect us to sign a cheap free agent and have them compete with Colby.

Tyler Linderbaun can and should be signed. The niners will have an additional $32 million dollars after restructure of Trent Williams and Nick bosa.

I think you have Johnson and Clark a round too high.
