11. Shemar Stewart, EDGE Texas A&M - Kris Kocurek fell in love with him two months ago because he's 6'5'' 280 pounds and has elite length. He's the #2 EDGE on their big board behind Abdul Carter. The 49ers don't care about college production and in the first round, NFL evaluators typically look for traits.
43. Carson Schlesinger, LB UCLA - The 49ers didn't expect Dre Greenlaw to leave and thought they could get him back with some nice sweet talk. They will prioritize off ball linebacker early because they need it.
75. Deone Walker, DT Kentucky - Another freak who has a similar profile to Kenneth Grant. He fell here because of his medicals. The 49ers will take the risk here.
100. Kyle Williams, WR Washington State - Can create big plays through YAC and open space. And has a legendary 49er name.
113. Dorian Strong, CB Virginia Tech - Press Man Corner that fits their profile with what they typically look for in a CB.
138. RJ Harvey Jr, RB UCF - At this point, Kyle will be pounding the table and screaming because he wants a running back. So we will get him one here. He fits the scheme and he's blazing fast. They also met with him twice, so they probably love him
147. Chase Lundt, OT UConn - Developmental OT that can challenge McKivitz for his job eventually, but I still expect McKivitz to start.
160. Malachi Moore, S Alabama - Played at a great program and has natural ball skills
227. Jalin Conyers, TE Texas Tech - PFF has graded him really good at run blocking which is what Kyle looks for in a tight end
249. Brady Cook, QB Missouri - He has Brock Purdy traits. Another bargaining chip in case the contract negotiations go south.
252. Tahj Brooks, RB Texas Tech - He has some Jordan Mason traits

No player named Kyle Williams should ever play for SF again.

I will be upset if they only pick one offensive lineman and that late. Need some real help at left guard and I like Chase as a swing tackle but we need more help on the offensive line than this.

Lmao!!!!! You waited that long just to get an offensive lineman. I'm sorry, but what world do you live in where we have a good enough offensive line to wait that long. We have two good lineman. We don't even know if Trent's gonna play this season if I were him, I'm showing up to OTA's. I'm showing up to preseason and I'm making a judgment whether the team is good enough for me to play or not. And if the offensive line doesn't improve, I would bounce if I were Trent. Because him and puni are the only good lineman we have. How many times do we have to only draft developmental offensive line for either fans or the front office to figure out that you can't win like that you can't always prioritize the defensive line and neglect the offensive line. This is probably my biggest bone to pick. For once, wouldn't it be nice to have Brock choose to scramble instead of having to scramble every play. If Brock wasn't a scrambling quarterback, Colton McKivitz would easily have 10+ sacks

When Chris Foerster makes crappy comments like the one below, it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence for me that they care about OL
Run game coordinator and offensive line coach Chris Foerster agrees with prioritizing playmakers over linemen.
"This is my personal opinion, if they ask me, invest in guys that touch the ball, guys that can touch the ball and score touchdowns," Foerster said Wednesday, via the team's official transcript. "And then there's a range of guys, second, third, fourth round, fifth round even, that we will find starting offensive linemen in."
