MBA 3rd Mock 2025 - the final countdown

With only three weeks to go and most of the pro days and team visits completed, here is my final mock draft. This is based of the NFL Mock Draft Database big board, reported Niners visits/interests and one trade.

San Francisco Receives:
  • 2025: Round 3, Pick 88
  • 2025: Round 4, Pick 107
  • 2025: Round 4, Pick 126
Jacksonville Receives:
  • 2025: Round 3, Pick 75

My Selections
11 Armand Membou - know this is an unlikely scenario, but this kid would be the ideal fit for the Niners now and in the future
OT | Missouri

43 Donovan Ezeiruaku - the best option in my opinion to bookend Bosa; good pass rusher and can set the edge in the run game
EDGE | Boston College

88 Demetrius Knight - team captain/Gold Helmet prospect who would replace Greenlaw next to Fred
LB | South CarolinaTRADE

100 Harold Fannin Jr. - apparently a Niners staff draft crush; smaller prospect who can block and catch; move TE/FB prospect to supplement Kittle
TE | Bowling Green

107 Charles Grant - physical protoype the Niners love; can be the swing OT or OG while he develops against higher level competition
IOL | William & MaryTRADE

113 Jacob Parrish - Niners prototype CB; tough, experienced player who can play the boundary or at Nickel
CB | Kansas State

126 C.J. West - big bodied slashing defensive tackle who lives in opponent's backfields
DL | IndianaTRADE

138 R.J. Harvey Jr. - highly talented RB with vision, lateral agility and speed; good pass protector and skilled pass catcher, too.
RB | UCF

147 Jonas Sanker - alignment versatile DB who can play well close to the LOS and cover, too.
S | Virginia

160 Dont'e Thornton - big play waiting to happen with size and speed; downfield threat the Niners need
WR | Tennessee

227 Nick Martin - electric athlete who projects as a versatile chess piece in the middle of the defense
LB | Oklahoma State

249 Zeek Biggers - big, smooth athlete on the interior who is good against the run with some developmental traits as a pass rusher
DL | Georgia Tech

252 Alijah Huzzie - playmaker at the nickel spot with experience outside and special teams versatility
CB | North Carolina
I love it all but would grade it a GIANT F because you only drafted CJ West at DT.

That would be an epic failure if we came out of this draft, which is the deepest DL draft ever, with a 4th round DT

It goes to an A if you replace Membou with literally any one of Kennth Grant, Derrick Harmon or even Tyleik Williams.

Point taken. This mock depends on the best OT in the draft IMO being available at pick 11. Like I said, that's unlikely but I would stand by that pick if available. If Membou isn't there, I would take Walter Nolen over all those guys and then hopefully get an OT like Emery Jones or Ajani Cornelius at West's spot.

None of those guys should go #11 or before Membou.
Moot point because Membou is going top 10. 🤷‍♂?
Love it. Don't know how realistic it is but I'd be very much down for that draft!

It's weak at DT which is our biggest problem but honestly overall I still can't hate it. Great players who can help us get better. I'd go crazy trying to bring in any UFAs at DT to battle it out.

Only thing I'd maybe change is looking at DT at 88 but hard to argue that Knight would be a good fit for us.
The closer we get to the draft, the more Membou sounds like a possibility to me. All the hype in past week is centered around the following four prospects:

- Ashton Jeanty - could go to the Raiders or the Bears or someone can go up to get him like the Broncos
- Tet McMillan - same as above
- Tyler Warren - consensus top 10 prospect that could go the Jets or the Bears
- Jaxson Dart and Jalen Milroe - word of Derek Carr's shoulder injury has put two more QB prospects in the mix at pick #9.

Still 10 days left for this to change even further.
