No I think a perfect RB to sign in Antonio Gibson, he's still younger, good back up, great special teamer, and won't cost much.

i forgot about him.. He should be another one for them to consider to add and likely topping that list.

There is rumor now we are interested in Harris

No way we sign Gibson. He's historically awful at holding on the ball. 27 touches in '25 with 2 fumbles. In comparison, CMC had 2 fumbles in 413 touches.

Much rather go back to Gurendo and I hope Shanahan does do that.
i think there are crickets on Joey Bosa rn because Shannalynch want to see if someone and edge falls to us or we can trade up
With Trent's contract taken care of we are set to sign a great player after the draft.

I think FAs stop counting against next year's comp pick formula after the draft as well

I thought he was retiring? Presumably not.
Bring in Joey Bosa, Joel Bitonio and I won't be angry. Both 1 yr deals, won't effect the future $

Yup, we are poised to make it happen too. Joey, Clowney, perhaps Thibodeaux are still options. Unfortunately, we signed a LG, and I fear they might be okay with Keion White, Okyu, and Height. You can probably throw Mykel as an edge as well

What are the odds outside of an injury replacement that this team is done spending any more money on F/A for this offseason?
We got some good picks but no
TE or S.
I think we hit FA this week for Justin Simmons and David Njoku. We freed up more money Fri for someone.

We already signed Jones who will start at LG.
Bosa will still want too much money for the production we would get. Maybe Clowney on a cheap deal if any DE

If it's till Kittle is healthy, then I wouldn't mind bringing in Zach Ertz. He's 35 but the 49ers won't need him for too long, if anything for the upcoming season. But Ertz would automatically become the best TE on the roster. Ertz is coming off of an ACL injury so maybe he'll sign for cheaper than $6 mil which is what he made last season. As for Safety, instead of Simmons, who I doubt they have any interest in, I like Xavier Woods. Woods started 10 games last season and picked off two passes, he could be a stop gap till next season. Those would be my two free agents to bring in going into camp.

Lynch was asked about other positions of need and he said they were going to be looking at FA to fill the rest, so lets hope something gets done for the safeties group.
