80mil dead money and I believe that doesn't yet include Collins and Hargreaves either as neither has been officially released yet.

I figured Reid is too expensive but I've been wanting to sign Simmons and Blackmon instead anyway. They are cheaper and both better imo

The Saints are 40 to 80 million over the cap after every season yet they can sign free agents. Something is drastically wrong in Santa Clara. It's really pathetic. I'm all for building through the draft but this is ridiculous.

Building though the draft is best but you'd like to fill a couple holes in FA. We'll need to hit on later picks and count on them playing. Good thing we have added the special teams guys because the rookies will be playing on O/D. We never fill all our needs..

It's spending actual cash, not f**king around with the cap space.
Jed isn't paying up this off season, this has been reported multiple times. He's spent more actual cash than just about any owner over the past 5/6 seasons.
