I wonder if the Chargers would be willing to let Joey go for peanuts + cap relief to play with his brother here. Regardless of what happens Sunday I don't see Chase Young putting it together in the long run and despite being injury prone maybe he stabilizes next to his brother and revitalizes his career

I rather trade for Khalil Mack.

We offered more than the bears for Mack and he wanted to go to the 9ers. Raiders double cocktail blocked probably cost us a couple super bowls

That ship has sailed. He had a small resurgence last year, but is over the hill with a ridiculous cap hit.
Go all in on Brian Burns or Josh Allen. Get a speed rusher opposite Bosa. Find a way to make it happen

Quite frankly, I don't think it matters. For a few seasons, you needed two things to win: (1) a QB, and (2) a guy to sack the other QB. But the rules have been skewed so far in the direction of the offense—no one calls holding anymore. You really a dynamic offense and a good secondary.

Much rather spend the money on Jaylon Johnson or Kenny Moore. I'd rather go the cheaper route and re-sign Randy Gregory, I thought he looked pretty solid in the Super Bowl.

Meh. Chiefs will be allowed to bear hug, jersey pull, etc.

I don't get what's the point of trying to build a dominant oline if refs are gonna swallow their whistles in huge games against teams like KC with the player who has the most holds against called. So f**king stupid

Ditto
I think investing in a talented edge rusher like Brian Burns or Josh Allen, along with Bosa, could create a formidable defensive front. This, combined with a strong offensive line, could put the 49ers in a better position to compete for a championship, regardless of the officiating.

Both Burns and Allen have been franchised.
