Just throwing this out there, OJ Howard. It can give some flexibility with 2TE sets. The 49ers and HOU have made a trade recently so we know they talk (Omenihu). He's a decent run blocker so there isn't a loss there and adds some playmaking ability to the TE2 spot. He's a free agent in 2023 so if HOU has no plan to retain him, they may be willing to trade.

Daron Payne should be the target. Thats the spot the 9ers need to shore up the most.

I'd like to see a DT as well. Looking at the defense, that's the biggest spot of weakness to me, especially since Armstead is injured and Kinlaw is perma-injured.

Wasn't that trade on a down-low, I don't remember hearing talk about it, we just suddenly traded for him. Kind of like the Jimmy G trade, know one really knew until it happened.
