Kareem Hunt

Hunt would improve our team instantly, I'm shocked you guys wouldn't want him... I'd make that trade in a heart beat... he hasn't had any issue since and our locker room is full of high character guys to ensure that continues. Our RB group is far from stacked, Mitchell and Hunt would be a great 1-2 punch with TDP spelling Mitchell if he got hurt.

Wilson, Mitchell, Sermon, Hasty plus 2 others. Not exactly thin, and that is without considering Debo. And Juice. You would trade Garoppolo for Hunt? I wouldn't.

Zack Wilson was injured - not ACL, Watson in Limbo and there are 2 more pre season games where anything can happen. Plus this is the best RB stable we've had in ages.

lol most people would. Jimmy isn't worth a 7th rounder at this point. He's going to be released. Hunt would be an amazing add to the 49ers.

I would have a hard time rooting for a 49er to get injured, so I would not be for this trade idea. The last time I did was Rueben Foster, and he didn't get his until showing up in Washington.

This. Wants to be paid and needs to be featured to do so. Pass. We don't need a RB and if we were in the market, we aren't paying much (6th or 7th because 5ths around here are better than 1sts).

Price tag is too high most likely, both trade & his salary, let's see what happens with Wilson, Mason, & TDP before we go crazy to trade for a back who wants to be paid like a #1 back, when we won't pay a back anywhere near what he'll want.

Yeah… unless we could swing a Emmanuel Sanders type 1 year rental. Doubt this happens cause he wants to get paid. Actually, it won't happen anyway due to his off the field. But he's one of the best RBs in the game rn.

I don't think the off the field s**t matters. Tyreek Hill just cashed out and nobody brings it up regarding JoeMixon. Hunt hasn't been in any trouble since. He's just to costly

It sucks because the drop off between Mitchell and Wilson is humongous. Mitchell was gaining 6.8 yards per carry and Wilson 2.2. That is a game changing difference and given that we run the most out of almost any team in the league our running backs are a lot more important to the success of our team than other teams.

This killed us in the Bears game and will continue to hurt us until after week eight when Mitchell is supposed to come back. It would be great to get Hunt but I know we won't do it. So much for staying competitive like the Rams always do. Hunt is also a three down player and is elite as a pass catcher
