you do not sign a gurly and stick him on practice squad.. we did not draft guy at three and stick him on practice squad for the year.. what ever led him to being there last week is hopefully in the rear view mirror... if we needed a guy to be signed to be on the 53,, then yes a gire or gurley would make sense. but we do not have that need.......... yet

He's going to be active and get a carries for a drive or two this Sunday.

i think we have three good guys here.. lets see who is hot sunday and then you feed him.. like we fed coleman vs the vikings in the playoff game and then fed mostert vs the packers

Gurley is washed, we complain injury prone guys and Gurley is a guy running on bone on bone

Gurley's knee swells up just watching film.

Yeah Gurley is done. Pretty telling the Ravens didn't even bother looking his way after the rash of injuries.

Where's this rumor that Sermon's somehow in the dog house? As I understand, there's only so many RBs they could have dressed in that game and Sermon couldn't play ST so he was a healthy scratch. There's no reason he shouldn't be able to play against the Eagles.

I like this signing...Johnson's only 24, so has a lot of good football ahead of him. He seems like a good fit in Coach's offense. My guess is he'll see action at some point this season.

Because during the pre-season, Sermon was RB2. But come gameday, he was inactive, suddenly no better than RB4.

not really. Kyle said they rotated every RB with the 1s, 2s and 3s.

Sermon was never given the job of RB2. that's just what many (cough Fantasy Football cough) assumed.

Yep, I fell for it. Had him in my starting lineup until an hour before game time. Scrambling to get Mitchell off waiver wire now, but likely won't. Hopefully Hasty still a well enough kept secret I can grab him.
