KC trade for Minnesota's Hughes

Good grief! In other threads posters moan about the Niners signing injured and injury-prone players. And rightly so, looking at our I/r. So Hughes has been in the NFL for 3 seasons. His 2018 season ended in week 6, torn acl. 2019 he went on Injured reserve at the beginning of January with a neck injury. 2020 he went on I/r in October. He seems like a good player, but Minnesota refused to pick up the 5th year option and have traded him and a 7th round pick for a 6th round pick.

If Lynch had made this deal the zone would be calling for his head.

They should call you moon, you have the best trades!

Lmao, Hughes sucked in Minnesota, he was injured so much, the Vikings turned down his 5th yr option because he is BAD, no thanks, let the Chiefs pay him, if he plays well good for them, but I've watched every Vikings game for years, he gets picked on, beat consistently, and injury prone, so yeah we should have traded for another injury prone player.

He's no better than Verrett or Moseley. Just because he was a 1st round pick doesn't mean he's played like one. I'd rather have Sherman back.
