we got to look at acquiring a wide receiver through a trade. None on the market right now will offer much value. I think Odell and Devante Parker would be great additions and could be on the block for the right offer. Some wide receivers will be available in the middle of the season too if their teams look like the season is lost, like Julio Jones and Tyler Boyd.

Good post. Trades would be a solid option as well. Niners are projected to have 2x 7th round comp picks next year. Maybe they can do a salary dump trade with one of their day 3 picks.

I agree that targeting someone through trade is probably their best bet. As much as I would love to see Julio in the bay, I think the cost and injury risk will be too high.

There are teams that have loaded up at WR though, and I could see some of them parting with mid tier guys. Maybe Miami would trade Parker or Fuller. I would love to see Will Fuller on this team. Sure, he's also an injury risk. But at the right cost it would be worth it.

Yes, he is, its a spot that could be used for Watkins or any other healthy receiver on the team. Say Hurd comes back healthy for TC, bet money that he'll earn more snaps than a rookie. Then it'll go to waste if he's not playing or making it to 5 weeks in the season.
